Jerry Levy- Chairman, Guaranty Bank
Jerry Levy, Chairman of the Board since 2003, has been with Guaranty Bank since 1959, and is a third generation leader. He has held a number of Officer positions, including President and CEO in 1973, and Chief Executive Officer in 1984. When Jerry joined the Company in 1959, he had a vision to take Guaranty Bank to a new realm, and his direction is still achieving great success.

Doug Levy- CEO, Guaranty Bank
Doug represents the fourth generation of family leadership at Guaranty Bank. Doug has been with Guaranty since 1985, and has held a number of Officer positions including Senior VP, President, Chief Operating Officer, and was appointed CEO in 2003. Doug’s leadership has also taken Guaranty Bank into new markets and his determination has been a driving force for our continued success.

Jill Belconis- President, Shelter Mortgage
Jill also represents fourth generation leadership at Guaranty. She began her career with Shelter Mortgage Company in 1984 and profitably managed the Company’s Chicago operation before she became President of the Company in 1992. She has over 20 years of experience in developing and managing over 45 affiliated business arrangements and making these joint ventures some of the most successful and profitable in the Country. Jill’s devotion to Shelter Mortgage has won her much acclaim in developing significant partnerships in the industry.
